Counselling offers you a safe, non-judgmental and confidential relationship, supporting you in sharing your concerns which may be distressing, confusing and overwhelming.

Counselling can also help you to see things more clearly. This will enable you to explore difficulties that have arisen in the present or the past that may be preventing you from moving forwards in your life. Your problems are unique and counselling can help you to make your own choices, empowering you to make changes in your life and come to terms with difficult experiences.
