When you contact Jenny Anderson Counselling using the contact form on my website, your information is emailed to me by WebHealer (http://www.webhealer.net) who manage my website. When the email has been delivered to me it will be deleted from WebHealers systems. A standard email contact form only captures an enquirer's name and email address along with IP address of the computer used to make the request, no cookies are captured. . Cookies are used on this website, please see the bar at the bottom of the page for more information about cookies. Your information will not be shared or sold to any other person or organisation.
A full privacy statement can be sent by email on request and will be given to you at the beginning of your first appointment, for you to read and sign.
I will delete your email after your first contact unless you would like to make an appointment, in which case I will retain your email including your name and phone number until after you have attended your initial session, in case I need to contact you about your appointment.
